Chef Darrell attended Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, SC. After graduation, he traveled to Maui, Hawaii where he worked at the Grand Wailea Resort and Spa, training under international chefs. Returning to Charleston, Chef Darrell cooked at Gennaro’s Italian Restaurant. He has worked in varied culinary positions from the College of Charleston to Kiawah Island. Most recently, he worked as the General Manager of Hege’s Restaurant, a classical French restaurant. He now combines all of his years of training and experience to bring them personally into your home.
